Les Entreprises Éphémères are coming to Cannes to help job seekers structure their search together. For six weeks, fifty participants will join a temporary company to develop their skills and meet recruiters.
Since February 24, 2025, Cannes has hosted an original initiative to support job seekers. For six weeks, fifty participants form a temporary company to structure their job search in a collective and dynamic manner.
Les Entreprises Éphémères offer a collaborative working environment where each participant takes on a specific role. Whether as a communications officer, human resources manager, or corporate relations manager, each person brings their skills and develops new ones. The goal is clear: to create group dynamics and promote professional integration.
The concept, initiated in 2015, has shown encouraging results. Nearly 63% of participants find a professional solution within six months of their engagement. In addition to active job searching, these temporary companies offer a space for sharing and skill development.
“We support this initiative because it allows us to reconcile two priorities that are at the heart of our action: to inspire vocations and to promote long-term unemployed job seekers’ access to employment,” explains Pascal Blain, regional director of France Travail.
An opportunity for local businesses
The Cannes edition is part of an ecosystem involving local businesses, institutions and recruiters. These actors are invited to meet the participants directly and discover their skills in a setting different from traditional recruitment.
Les Entreprises Éphémères thus continue their commitment to human and innovative support. With more than 50 editions across France, the initiative continues to evolve to adapt to labor market challenges.
