Called the โ€œgovernance charter,โ€ it is merely another version of an ethical charter: Its purpose is, like the others, to position itself more in the realm of communication rather than morality.

A significant number of measures are detailed in this document presented to the press and signed by all the leaders of the list. A document that should serve as a safeguard in case of misconduct.

However, the question remains simple: Will the behavior of the different actors live up to the signed promises?
