The 2nd edition of the Week of Italian Cuisine in the World is an initiative desired by the Italian Government to promote Italian cuisine worldwide following the Expo Milan 2015 project.

For Raffaele De Benedictis, Consul General of Italy in Nice: “Our cuisine and traditional products are an integral part of the culture of our country, and they speak of Italy to millions of people around the world. Everywhere, the idea of Italian beauty, culture, tradition, and history is linked to our cuisine. Diplomacy serves food and its value; our food becomes an element of cultural identity, a bridge to our country, our loved ones, our places.”

Showcooking and tasting by Valentina Celi and Patrizia Candini, chef at Gvins restaurant

Wednesday, November 22nd at 6:30 PM: presentation of the book “Mi prendo per la gola… e dimagrisco” by authors Nicola Prebenna and Vittorio Roberti, followed by a cocktail dinner.
