On Tuesday, February 25, 2025, the Face Parade returns for its fourth edition. This event, which merges solidarity and civic engagement, will take place in front of the Théâtre de Verdure in Nice. Organized by FACE06, it aims to raise public awareness on social issues and more. All of this will be expressed through artistic performances and costumed parades.
The procession will therefore begin at the Théâtre de Verdure at 6:30 PM. The participants, including artists and students, aim to help young people expand their social circles. This year, collectives from Nice will enrich the parade. All of this is intended to give a voice to those who don’t always have one, and to make public space a place for free and creative expression.
The public is invited to participate in this festive moment by wearing costumes or joining in impromptu performances. A makeup zone and workshops will be set up beforehand for those who wish to immerse themselves further into the experience. A costume contest will conclude the evening around 10 PM, with several prizes to be won.
Access to the Carnival Parade
The Face Parade is not intended to be just a simple parade. It is a moment of exchange and shared creativity. Interactive performances and various installations will be offered to participants, allowing spectators to become active participants in the event. From 8:30 PM, access to the Nice Carnival Parade will be available so that everyone can enjoy the show.
