In 1980, she was chosen to play Sophie Marceau’s mother in “La Boum” and met with extraordinary success. The actress then dedicated herself to television, appearing in notable series such as “The Mogadors” and “The Olive Tree Castle”, for which she won a 7 d’or award for Best Actress in 1994. Alongside her acting career, Brigitte Fossey supports the actions of ATD Fourth World against poverty. Notably, she participated in the production of a record, “Words for Tomorrow”, in May 2000.
