The first Viva! Populaire Assembly is at Place Saint Roch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The organizers’ goal is to give a voice to the neighborhood residents (as well as those who work there) to create a dynamic of active democracy: gathering proposals for the co-construction of the ViVA! municipal program, inviting participation in the candidates’ list, discussions… all in a friendly atmosphere.
