The Nice Fnac will inaugurate the Nice Jazz Festival in its own way on Saturday, July 18th at 3:00 pm. The folk singer, Amos Lee, will perform songs from his latest album, “Last Day at the Lodge,” which is the artist’s third album. Coming straight from the United States (Philadelphia), Amos Lee began his career in 2005 with the Blue Note label. Since then, he has participated in numerous tours including a duet with Priscilla Ahn. This young American singer will also be at Fnac on Tuesday, July 21st at 3:00 pm. She gained recognition with her song “Dream,” which allowed her to record her first album “A Good Day.” Her universe features a soft and subtle voice with folk melodies.
The Belmondo brothers will conclude these Fnac events. Stรฉphane and Lionel, two brothers whose name is already famous but with distinctly different worlds. They both love music, particularly jazz. Their talent? Performing songs in a jazzy style. From the trumpet to the saxophone, these real musicians have paid tribute to artists such as Stevie Wonder and Lili Boulanger. For their latest album, they collaborated with Milton Nascimento, a Brazilian singer. They will be on the Fnac stage on Tuesday, July 21st at 6:00 pm for a signing session.
