These are the two resorts in the Alpes-Maritimes that will host, as in 2019, the French Alpine Skiing Championships.

This year is off to a strong start for Auron and Isola 2000 despite the previous season being marked by the closure of ski lifts.
The best French skiers will return from March 23 to April 1 to compete in the French Championships!

While the competition was initially set to take place in the Hautes-Alpes, it will eventually be held in the Mercantour resorts.

The program includes technical and speed events to be held in Auron, while the men’s giant slalom will take place in Isola 2000. Among the notable skiers expected to compete are Mathieu Faivre, Karen Smadja-Clément, Nastasia Noens, and Matthieu Bailet, who will have the opportunity to compete in their home resorts.

“The best elements will be there. We are a sport where athletes play the game and are interested in this national title,” says Joël Migliore.
