Yesterday morning, Eric Ciotti, President of the Alpes-Maritimes Department, officially opened the 1st edition of the Côte d’Azur Garden Festival in the presence of David Lisnard, President of the Côte d’Azur France Regional Tourism Committee, Julie Depardieu, exceptional patron of the event and President of the Jury, and Jean Mus, landscape architect.
