This Thursday, the General Assembly of the Association of Territorial Collectivity Mediators will take place at the CUM. It will be followed by a debate on the theme: “What status for territorial collectivity mediators?”
The City of Nice has established a mediation service. During the City Council on April 1, 2016, Sophie Henry was appointed as the municipal Mediator, tasked with amicably resolving disputes and promoting better communication between the administration and the residents of the City of Nice.
In her capacity as the mediator for the City of Nice, Sophie Henry is a member of the Association of Territorial Collectivity Mediators (resolution of October 13, 2016) and has been a member of the Board of Directors since June 8, 2017.
