There are performances that deserve to be highlighted, especially when they endure over time. The Friends of Lacassagne have once again proven their great generosity and all the energy they devote to this noble cause.

The “Friends of LACASSAGNE” Association recently presented Professor Joël Guigay, director of the Antoine-Lacassagne Center, with a check for €7,700, the result of the charitable event held under the “Musi’CAL” label on July 3 at the Auguste Escoffier Center in Villeneuve-Loubet.

This concert, dedicated to the Pediatric Proton Therapy Service recently opened by the Antoine LACASSAGNE Center on the Cyclotron site, brought together the Azuréen Symphony Orchestra under the presidency of Alain Salimpour and conducted by Maestro Roland Audibert-Chinault, featuring young Raphaël Danesghar, only nine years old and already demonstrating remarkable skill with the bow, his teacher Volkan Can Canbolat, and some seventy instrumentalists who make up the ensemble.
