On the occasion of the Goût de France event, thousands of “à la française” dinners are organized on all five continents, along with gourmet initiatives throughout the national territory.

This year, responsible and environmentally conscious cuisine will be in the spotlight.

The Escoffier Museum of Culinary Art is participating from March 21 to 24 in the grand Good France / Goût de France event, the gourmet festival that celebrates French gastronomy across the globe!

It was therefore natural for the Escoffier Museum of Culinary Art to partake in this international initiative started a century ago by Auguste Escoffier, through his “Dîners d’Épicure”. In 1912, he created and conducted the first charitable dinner during which the same French dinner was served in 37 cities across Europe to over 4,000 guests!

In 2019, over four days, from Thursday to Sunday, about a dozen Disciples of Escoffier, including chefs, pastry chefs, and bakers, are mobilizing at the Museum.

Every day at 3 PM, they will perform in the exhibition rooms to offer you a demonstration/tasting!

A special evening will take place on Friday starting at 7 PM, centered around chocolate.
