Sunday, December 12 at the Studio Riviera at La Victorine at 11 a.m.
This day, dedicated to solidarity and responsibility, gathers over 3,500 people each year, united and mobilized to tackle the challenges of extreme poverty, exclusion, unemployment, or disability. The great festival of solidarity is the highlight of the national Tsédaka appeal. Coordinated by the Unified Jewish Social Fund, more than 80 associations and 150 volunteers participate in this great solidarity chain. Thousands of men and women mobilize to increase the collection and assist those most vulnerable due to the economic and social context. The 2010 edition is supported by prominent figures from the political sphere and civil society: Dr. CHARLES GHENASSIA is reappointed as Regional President of Tsédaka for the second year, a campaign of solidarity and responsibility, alongside the regional President of the Unified Jewish Social Fund, SAUVEUR ASSOUS, and the President of CASIN – the Jewish Social Action Committee of Nice – ALEXANDRE AIMO BOOT, who will host their partners from local authorities.
