With the C.A.E.I. – Center for the Reception of Innovative Enterprises, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis aimed to create a conducive environment for innovation, creation, and economic development for more than thirty companies (out of the 60 expected in the long run).
Nice Côte d’Azur continues its approach to support business creation by offering companies specializing in the environment and sustainable development the chance to establish and grow.
The company ADVANSOLAR has just been selected for the Sustainable Development challenge “What if we changed the world from A to Z” by Allianz, which aims to reward the best French company for which innovation rhymes with environmental respect.
It is thanks to their project, the SunPod®Cyclo, the first ‘solar electric bike’ service, that ADVANSOLAR is now preparing for a television and broader media exposure, with a first national broadcast scheduled for this Friday, April 27, 2012, on France 3 at 8:10 PM, followed by a second broadcast on Monday, May 14, 2012, at 8:10 PM.
ADVANSOLAR is a Nice-based company specializing in eco-mobility and the deployment of solar charging stations for 2 or 4 wheeled electric vehicles in the SunPod® range: SunPod® Auto, a solar charging station for electric cars; SunPod® Cyclo, a solar charging station for electric-assist bicycles; and SunPod® Nomad, a solar station for charging small electrical devices.
