For its fourth edition, the Raid Inter Hôtels de la Côte d’Azur is going big. The RIHCA will take place this Sunday, September 28th, on the island of Sainte Marguerite.
Events will include orienteering, nautical challenges, races, puzzles, and skill tests.
The Raid Inter Hôtels de la Côte d’Azur (RIHCA) is a unique event in France, 100% dedicated to the hospitality industry of the Côte d’Azur and organized by Raid Inter Hôtels France.
This “competition,” which will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2014, will see participating hotels, which have formed one or more teams, competing to win the various challenges with new features this year while maintaining friendliness and ecological activities.
The objectives are diverse this year for the organizers of this event: Bringing together the players in the hospitality industry, uniting internal teams, associating with an official partner committed for the long term.
These different objectives aim to bring employees from different hotels closer together, but also to have a great time all together beyond this “competition” with a title at stake.
“I hope you’ve been training hard!” says Thomas Dlachasse with a big smile. The relaxed project manager, accompanied by his assistant, also believes it is important to organize such projects to also help associations.
PIWI, the association fighting against Prader-Willi syndrome, is linked to this competition this year. “5% of the registration profits will go directly to the associations because it is important to help them in searching for possible treatments,” says Laurent Geny, the president of Team Nature.
The association “Les bouchons du cœur” is also honored. All bottle caps will be collected and then sold, “many hotels have already started saving caps to sell them.”
Good actions faithful to the values represented by the RIHCA—solidarity, charity, and ecology, for example.
The kickoff will be given next Sunday, and “I hope the weather conditions will cooperate,” hopes Thomas Dlachasse, the project director.
