Roger Melzer, Director of ISCAE, and Pierre Laurent, President of FNAIM Cรดte d’Azur, have officially launched the new BTS in Real Estate Professions, with an option in condominium management, which will begin in September 2012, and signed a partnership agreement for the implementation of this new training program.
The content of this training program with the Condominium Management option supplements the curriculum of the BTS in Real Estate Professions offered at ISCAE. The goal is to train competent professionals in all the specific tasks related to condominium management, in addition to providing a comprehensive, complete, and cross-disciplinary education in all real estate professions provided by the BTS curriculum.
The Condominium Management option will particularly develop the themes characteristic of the activity of condominium management:
