The campaign “Careers, a Future”
To make known and enhance the CHRD (Cafes, Hotels, Restaurants, Discotheques) professions to the general public, key industry players, in partnership with the Ministry of SMEs, ANPE, AFPA, and Fafih, have hired a Communication Agency to design a national campaign with dual purposes: image and recruitment.
The objectives:
– Enhance the profession’s image;
– Promote recruitment;
– Encourage training.
The targets:
Individuals aged 15-25 and their parents, along with job seekers who wish to progress into these careers.
The strategy:
– Direct engagement with various audiences: the youth and their parents,
– Professionals and apprentices sharing their experiences, motivation, and passion.
The operational setup:
On the field: providing valuable, original, and motivating information with the use of interactive and educational tools.
Careers Bus:
Utilization of 2 fully equipped deployable buses for a tour across France from late February to mid-April. These buses are set up to showcase all the professions and training opportunities, with visual animations and professionals onboard to explain and answer questions.
Future-Springboard Scholarship:
Two scholarships of 6,000 euros each, offered by Fafih during the tour, are intended to assist two young people who have a professional project or training in the CHRD professions.
