This festival is an opportunity for a group of actors and comedians to come together and offer the people of Nice a festival that ranks among the greatest. A variety of entertainment will be presented, but always with laughter in mind. As the name of the event suggests, a “laughter crisis” is on the agenda. These budding artists will try to move you from laughter to tears by subtly handling the art of humor.
