The Department of Alpes-Maritimes was awarded the Bronze Territoria Prize in the “Managerial Innovation” category for several projects directly involving departmental staff in the design of their workspaces.
LAB06 involves voluntary departmental staff in the evolution of their workspaces, whether they are physical, such as the reconfiguration of social and medical spaces in a human solidarity territory, or digital, like a new intranet portal.
Last year, LAB06 had received the Golden Territoria for experiments more focused on management (Change the management rather than manage the change).
Created three years ago, LAB06 aims to support the digital transformation of the Department and develop innovative projects to make public services more accessible, more responsive, and simpler.
