During this school holiday period, the Deputy Youth Directorate of the city of Nice is organizing the Franc’Olympia games this week in Leisure Centers.

This event, which is part of the Francophonie Games, brings together 500 children aged 8 to 12 who are enrolled in the 17 Leisure Centers of the City of Nice. The young participants will engage in artistic, cultural, and sports competitions, all embodying the team spirit and fair play values cherished by the Francophonie Games.

Each team of 12 children will represent a Francophone country, engaging in Francophone quizzes, dance, anthems, and traditional games like Kinball (a traditional Canadian game), Capuchin Alemán (a traditional South American game), Chinguenenguere (a traditional Mozambican game), and more.

Children aged 6 to 8 will not be forgotten thanks to the “Mini Franc’Olympia” events, which will take place in their leisure centers on the same day.
