As part of its mission to assist LGBT individuals who are victims of discrimination, the LGBT Center Côte d’Azur especially welcomes asylum seekers or refugees who flee their country due to persecution and threats of mistreatment or even death because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
In the coming weeks, the LGBT Center Côte d’Azur will appoint a dedicated and sensitized contact person for each asylum seeker or refugee.
Each year, the LGBT Center Côte d’Azur will set aside funds from its own budget and will collaborate with local associations and businesses to help meet basic needs (food, warm clothing, hygiene products, etc.).
