Les Petites Affiches is THE legal announcement newspaper of the Alpes Maritimes. Unlike its competitors, it has chosen, for several years now, an editorial focus on arts and culture. Gradually, in response to reader demand, the idea of diversification emerged.
The team at Les Petites Affiches then decided to move towards bimonthly supplements, leading to the creation of Art Cรดte d’Azur, which retained the innovative idea of highlighting things and people who are not necessarily known or recognized but who represent the true creativity of the coast.
Success was immediate. With a circulation of 10,000 copies, the magazine was distributed in all cultural venues. After three issues, the idea came to further extend these free supplements and to create new ones such as the economic supplement “Immo Cรดte d’Azur”: 48 pages dedicated to corporate real estate and sustainable development, with this first issue featuring a survey on real estate trends, a report on the Cรดte d’Azur’s exemplary record in sustainable development including interviews with Christian Estrosi, Bernard Brochand, and Domine Estรจve, always seeking to “provide readers with information that only professionals have.”
For Valรฉrie Noriega and Franรงois Xavier Ciais, another step was to be taken. And it will be soon, with a web version of the two supplements, creating a showcase for art and real estate on the Cรดte d’Azur, contributing to its influence via the internet sphere.
