As part of the “National Debates” implemented across the Territory by the French Junior Economic Chamber, the Junior Economic Chamber of the Pays Niçois is organizing a conference debate on the theme of Man and Enterprise and the arrangements that could be put in place in the future to reconcile the demands of enterprises with the expectations of today’s youth.
Beyond a “simple reflection,” the goal is to bring forth ideas and concrete projects to address this issue.
The Conference will be led by Giulio Cesare Giorgini, Secretary General of the JCE of the Pays Niçois, with interviews from personalities like Xavier Bertrand, participation from business leaders, and academics (sociologist, lawyer, psychologist) then followed by an exchange with the audience.
At the conclusion of the exchanges, a cocktail dinner will be offered.
In 2011, the French Junior Economic Chamber is mobilizing local economic and institutional actors around major societal issues, with “The place of young people in the enterprise” being a major priority.
At the end of the debate, a summary capturing the different viewpoints expressed will be compiled at the Local and then National level.
