Latest News

Created in 2001 and open to all high school juniors from all streams, this national competition aims to develop a passion for mathematics, research, and initiative.

In 2006, the competition recognized 13 winners, including the first prize in the ES stream awarded to a high school student from the academy.
Four exercises will make up the 2007 edition: two national exercises, common to all academies, and two locally designed exercises developed by the Academic Service of
Pedagogical Inspection.

The year 2007 marks the best edition so far given the number of candidates: 132 students are participating, 94 boys and 38 girls. In 2005, the competition gathered 45 participants; there were 39 in 2006.

The three best papers will be submitted to the national jury meeting during the month of May. By mid-June, the national distribution of prizes by stream will take place in the presence of the Minister of National Education, Higher Education, and Research.

Furthermore, the top winners from the Academy will receive prizes offered by numerous partners.
The candidates will work from 2pm to 6pm to keep the academy in first place achieved last year.
