A distinction that “testifies to the deep bond of friendship that unites Nice with Abidjan and the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, for which Christian Estrosi expressed” an infinite and profound gratitude.”
The cities of Nice and Abidjan have been twinned since 2013.
