The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis is well represented at MIPIM, the flagship real estate exhibition which is held every year in Cannes.
And, as every year, the Metropolis and its key player, the OIN Nice Eco-Vallée, take advantage of the event to showcase their ongoing and upcoming projects and achievements.
For this “promotional” day, the agenda is quite substantial and will kick off with an economic morning session on the theme “Territorial Prospective, how to envisage the city of tomorrow?”, featuring experts and concluding remarks by Christian Estrosi.
Following this, there will be an update on development projects focusing to the East of the city – the European Health Innovation City and the Clean-up Island – and to the West: the Intergenerational Hub and the Market Gardeners’ Island.
To conclude, the program includes the signing of agreements with Sheraton for the Airport Promenade project and an agreement between the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis and the City of Moscow.
