“The entire country has just surpassed 10 million people (or about 20% of adults) who have received a first vaccination, a week ahead of the target I had set,” rejoiced Prime Minister Jean Castex.
With a daily rate of 200,000 to 300,000, this target of 10 million had been promised for mid-April.
Next milestones: 20 million first doses by mid-May, then 30 million by mid-June.
