For 2 days, on Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd, the MIN open their doors to the public for free.
For 2 days, the MIN open their doors to you. Come and meet flower, fruit, vegetable, and local product producers to discover their best products from a rigorous selection.
Numerous fun and free activities:
• Tasting of local products from the Upper and Middle Country
• Discovery of crafts (basket making, woodturning…)
• “Bread and Little Chefs” workshop for 7-11-year-olds by the Escoffier Hotel School
• Floral composition workshop by Nice Qualité Plus
• Potting workshop by the Palais de l’Agriculture
• Sports demonstration and initiation for 4-16-year-olds by the CDOS (climbing, trampoline, horse riding…)
• Activities for children (educational farm, games…)
• Creation and tasting of small gourmet dishes workshop by the school catering of the City of Nice, for 3-10-year-olds
The school catering management will be present at MIN d’Azur in celebration on Saturday, June 1st and Sunday, June 2nd, 2013
On a stand, numerous activities around nutrition and taste will be offered:

Mix fruits and vegetables as you like!
9:45 am – 2:00 pm:
Fruit and vegetable carving
Create and take home your creation (note: workshop reserved for 8-10-year-olds)
11:00 am – 2:00 pm:
Pan bagnat dou escoulan! (the schoolchildren’s pan bagnat!)
Mini pan bagnat to be made on site by the kids
2:00 pm – 4:00 pm:
“Make Your Fruit Skewer”
Choose to create your multicolored fruit skewer!
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm: Chef Ratatouille’s crêpes
Make your batter and taste your crêpe!

Sports activity, makeup workshop, and blind tastings.
