This Monday at 10 AM, Christian Estrosi and Nicole Merlino-Manzino will meet with professionals, visit the food product stall, the flower stall, and attend a culinary demonstration organized by two chefs from Nice.


The Nice Côte d’Azur National Interest Market is an asset to our region recognized by all professionals in the food and flower industries.

To reaffirm this central role in the transportation and distribution of food and flower products within the metropolitan and departmental area, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, with the assistance of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Chamber of Trades and Crafts, and the Chamber of Agriculture, is organizing an open house for professionals on Monday, June 8, 2015, from 8 AM to 4 PM.

This day will provide an opportunity for traders and restaurateurs to meet with wholesalers and producers of fruits and vegetables, flowers, plants, seafood, meats, cheeses, wines… in order to directly discuss their desires and needs for fresh, local, and quality product supplies with the suppliers.

Numerous activities and demonstrations will also take place throughout the day at the MIN: culinary demonstrations of sweet and savory pan bagnat by chef Daniel Silvetti (Restaurant Lu Fran Calin) and Franck Viano (former winner of “Un dîner presque parfait”) and dieticians, decorating a wedding car with flowers, or making bouquets…
