The application features an “idea box” button on the homepage, allowing users to become active participants in their city by submitting an idea or proposal to help improve life in the community. Each message sent through this feature will be tracked and receive a response.
The smartphone application allows residents to simply and quickly report disorder or incivility, thereby triggering a prompt intervention from the City of Nice’s services. “Allo Mairie” has been downloaded 3,376 times and has facilitated the reporting of 3,170 instances of incivility that have been addressed by the City of Nice’s services, helping to make everyone a participant in preserving the living environment.
The application was further enhanced on July 22 with a new feature that provides traffic information and recommendations in case of circulation restrictions.
