On Monday, February 11th, Mr. Christophe Mirmand, Prefect of Alpes-Maritimes, Mr. Eric Ciotti, Deputy, President of the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes, Mrs. Ghislaine Ellena, Territorial Director of Pôle Emploi Alpes-Maritimes, Mr. Yvon Grosso, President of the Union Pour l’Entreprise (UPE) of Alpes-Maritimes, and the accredited joint collector organizations will sign amendment No. 1 to the protocol agreement for the mobilization of aided employment, strengthened professionalization contracts, and pathway security measures for RSA beneficiaries.
Initiated by the General Council of Alpes-Maritimes, the State, Pôle emploi, and the Union Pour l’Entreprise of Alpes-Maritimes, a protocol agreement was signed in September 2011 with the accredited joint collector organizations to promote the professional integration of RSA beneficiaries.
Targeting both economic stakeholders and beneficiaries, the protocol facilitates access to the Single Integration Contract/Employment Initiative Contract (CUI/CIE) mechanisms or professionalization contracts and supports companies in managing and securing the career paths of beneficiaries.
Given the quality of the departmental dynamic initiated in implementing the different management and career path security actions, the partners commit to an amendment to the protocol to design and conduct new collective recruitment operations that promote the hiring of local job seekers.
Major issues for the Department, professionalization mechanisms represent a tool for businesses and the most disadvantaged individuals. Access to qualification is a guarantee of sustainable employment integration and an effective means of combating unemployment.
