This Thursday, during the 9th edition of the “Café Chantier” events at Les Moulins, residents will be able to discover the progress of the construction work of the “Les Terrasses des Jacarandas” residence.
Dominique Estrosi-Sassone, architects Jean-Philippe Cabane and René Mege, the project owner Nouveau Logis Azur, and the teams from the Métropole Nice Côte d’Azur will present this project, which plans the construction of social rental housing, homeownership units, and commercial spaces on the ground floor.
The Les Moulins neighborhood is undergoing an urban renewal operation, which will last until 2020. The project aims for the district’s integration and connection to the dynamic urban development of the lower Var Valley by creating an East-West axis through it, redesigning public spaces, diversifying and improving housing, developing services and facilities, promoting employment, strengthening the actions of associations, and developing and revitalizing businesses.
