We have now reached the month of November, complete with its first batch of films hitting our cinema screens.
1. Jacky Caillou by Lucas Delangle

3. Harka by Lotfy Nathan
The film was part of the Un Certain Regard section at the Cannes Film Festival 2022. It also received the Best Actor Award thanks to the talents of young actor Adam Bessa. He portrays a young Tunisian who must take care of his two younger sisters following their father’s death. The young man dreams of a better life, and a deep spirit of revolt will awaken in him. 4. The World of Kaleb by Vasken Toranian
This poignant film tells the story of Kaleb, his undocumented mother, and his substitute older brother Mehdi. They encounter Jean-Luc, a solitary tailor who grows fond of Kaleb. 5. A Dress for Mrs. Harris by Anthony Fabian
In this film, we follow Ada Harris, a cleaning lady trying to make a living while leading a solitary life since her husband’s death during the war. The post-war London setting immerses us in the story of this woman who will do everything to afford the dress of her dreams. A typically British film, with an irresistible humorous tone that doesn’t forget to move us as it should.
