This film immerses us in the world of haute cuisine, following Yazid, a young boy passionate about pastry. Despite the difficulties in his life, the young man overcomes all obstacles to achieve his dream, working with the greatest pastry chefs, and becoming the best among them all. A story about the will to succeed, as fascinating as it is touching.
3. The Happiest Man in the World by Teona Strugar Mitevska
This film is directed by a young Yugoslav filmmaker, showcasing evident talent. The action unfolds in Sarajevo, in present day. We follow Asja, a 40-year-old single woman, who tries to meet someone during a speed dating event. She meets Zoran, a somewhat mysterious man, who does not seem to be looking for love. A surprising and daring film, a must-see in theaters for curious cinephiles.
4. Little Ones by Julie Lerat-Gersant
Pregnant at 16, Camille finds herself placed in a maternity center by the family court judge. She meets Alison, an immature young mother, with whom she forms a friendship. A poignant film about the challenges of becoming a mother at a young age.
5. The Fabelmans by Steven Spielberg
Finally, the new creation from the world-renowned director Steven Spielberg has arrived. For the first time, the director presents the portrait of his own life. He will recount his childhood, and especially what led him to fall in love with cinema, and the path that brought him to become a great artist. An essential film not to be missed, for all those who have dreamed in front of the films of this immense filmmaker.
