In the context of the development project for the Gare du Sud, located in the Libรฉration district, the former Hรดtel Riviera has been restored to host a large cinema with 9 screens and a capacity of 1,963 seats. The preservation of this building allows us to revive an iconic hotel structure of this Nice square.
Designed by Reichen & Robert and designed by Ora-รฏto, the cinema will open its doors next week. With its 350 weekly screenings, it will offer a wide selection of films of all genres to suit all tastes.
The Multiplex, covering 4,150 mยฒ, has 9 screens (ranging from 283 to 110 seats each) and 1,537 seats.
It is equipped with a Dolby theater featuring 200 reclining seats, immersive sound, and a 20-meter screen, the first of its kind in southern France.
