It is with great pleasure that Museaav holds its carnival from Monday, February 21 to Thursday, March 3, 2011, at 16 Bis, Place Garibaldi 06300 NICE, and awaits you in large numbers to celebrate and end with a grand raffle with the presentation of artistic prizes to the winners, followed by a cocktail.
And how about we celebrate the carnival at Museaav in an artistic atmosphere with two photography exhibitions, openings, large-screen meetings, and also workshops.

Two Photography Exhibitions: CARNIVALS OF THE WORLD AND THE MEDITERRANEAN, RIO’S CARNIVAL, AND THE 2009 NICE CARNIVAL TRIBUTE BY THE GREAT SAMBA SCHOOL OF GRANDE RIO. Annie Sidro, a borderless carnival enthusiast, will present a series of unreleased photos of the different Carnivals she has visited, with a special nod to the RIO carnival, VIAREGGIO, and the various Mediterranean carnivals.
Monday, February 21 at 6 PM:
โข The opening of the photography exhibitions will take place at 6 PM after the Vieux-Nice neighborhood carnival parade, which will start at Place du Palais at 5 PM with the exceptional participation of the Italian carnival of MASSAFRA. The APULIA and PULCINELLE group from the MASSAFRA carnival will provide the entertainment throughout the evening.
Friday, February 25 at 8 PM:
โข Filmed debate and round table. The debate will be hosted by Angรฉlique Alastra during her live broadcast on Radio Sensation with the participation of Annie Sidro, carnival enthusiasts, and musicians from Nice. Participation of Second Life specialists: Patrick Moya, organizer of the Cyber Carnaval, different Italian artists.
Buffet – tapas (โฌ5).
Saturday, February 26 from 2:30 PM to 7 PM:
โข Afternoon meeting from Second Life on a big screen and debate with participants from the previous day’s BarCamp.
Philosophical workshop organized by Philalรจtheia and hosted by Hoda Hili: “Masks and avatars: is the virtual world a subversion of disguised reality or the experience of a new form of reality?”
