Two Photography Exhibitions: THE CARNIVALS OF THE WORLD AND THE MEDITERRANEAN,
THE RIO CARNIVAL AND THE TRIBUTE OF THE NICE CARNIVAL IN 2009 BY THE GREAT SAMBA SCHOOL GRANDE RIO.
Annie Sidro, a carnival enthusiast without borders, will present a series of unpublished photos of the different Carnivals she has visited, with a special nod to the carnival of RIO, of VIAREGGIO, and various carnivals of the Mediterranean.
Monday, February 21 at 6 PM
The opening of the photography exhibitions will take place at 6 PM after the neighborhood carnival parade of Old Nice, which will start at 5 PM at the Place du Palais with the exceptional participation of the Italian carnival of MASSAFRA. The APULIA group and PULCINELLE from the Massafra carnival will provide entertainment throughout the evening.
Friday, February 25 at 8 PM
Filmed debate and round table. The debate will be moderated by Angélique Alastra during her live show on Radio Sensation with the participation of Annie Sidro, Nice carnival enthusiasts, and musicians.
Participation of Second Life specialists: Patrick Moya, organizer of the Cyber Carnival, and various Italian artists.
Saturday, February 26 from 2:30 PM to 7 PM
Afternoon meeting from Second Life on a big screen and debate with the contributors from the previous day’s BarCamp.
