This festival is quite new since the year 2009 marks its second edition. The invited artists are not globally known, but that is not the intended goal. Launched in 2008, the event brings together local bands and singers with the aim of introducing them to the public.
The festival features music of all kinds since attendees can listen to rock, jazz, or acoustic music.
The event takes place over two days and schedules several concerts on the same evening.
Completely free, the festival is organized thanks to the efforts of the association “les zamis de Fernande,” numerous volunteers, and, of course, the agreement of the local council.
The festival plans for a single stage where the various artists perform. An intimate stage that gathers all the artists as it is set up at the chรขteau square. Six singers or groups are part of the 2009 edition: Clara Doriane, Fanfan et les tufflipes, Balgass, Hyphen, Ad Libido, and Lo Mago d’en Casteu. Each of them has a unique world, a different style, but the same passion for performing. For 45 minutes, they will be on the Musicoaraze stage, where they will have the opportunity to perform their own compositions.
