The national meetings “Les internats d’excellence en fête” are taking place this year in the Nice academy:
– Sailing activities, Polynesian outrigger canoes, Bantry yole, and aquatic hiking at the Plage des jeunes in Villefranche-sur-Mer for more than 100 students on Friday, July 1st at 2:30 PM, in the presence of Laurent Petrynka, the national director of the National Union of School Sports (UNSS).
– “Dogora”: a grand concert with 300 choristers, students from the 13 internats d’excellence, the Nice conservatory, and the music-scheduled classes of Henri Matisse College in Nice with the regional orchestra of Cannes Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.
This concert, directed by Adrien Perruchon and Philippe Bender, will take place in the presence of many personalities on Friday, July 1st at 7 PM at the National Regional Conservatory, 127 Avenue de Brancolar in Nice.
Les internats d’excellence en fête is a unique event organized by the Ministry of National Education, Youth, and Community Life and its Directorate General for School Education, in partnership with the National Union of School Sports (UNSS).
360 students from the 13 internats d’excellence in France are gathering for a program of dense, studious, playful, and festive activities.
These motivated students, who do not benefit from a favorable environment to succeed in their studies, discover other practices, share their experiences, and showcase the projects they have undertaken during the school year.
