The proximity and attentiveness to residents are at the heart of the policy in the different sectors of the city, in order to improve the living environment for everyone.
In this dynamic, at the request of local residents, an annex town hall, a proximity center, and a municipal police station will be set up at Phoenix Park, in the former premises of Nice Côte d’Azur, at 103 Boulevard René Cassin.
The redevelopment of the North building of Phoenix Park will indeed make the premises accessible to people with reduced mobility, thanks in particular to the installation of an elevator. The structure will accommodate the municipal police on the ground floor, the direction of Phoenix Park and the annex town hall on the first floor, while the proximity center will occupy the second floor.
Users will thus be able to benefit from a range of services grouped on a single site, thanks to this structure set to become a “one-stop shop” to facilitate administrative procedures.
The total cost of this redevelopment operation is estimated at €550,000 including tax.
