In the Nice academy, 21,270 candidates were present at the June session of the 2017 baccalaureate (56.6% in the general series, 19.2% in the technology series, and 24.2% in the professional series).
In total, 16,717 candidates from the academy passed at the end of the first group, which is nearly 8 out of 10 candidates.
Across all baccalaureates, the pass rate at the end of the first group reached 78.6%, identical to the national average. It decreased by 1.9 points compared to the 2016 results.
2,899 candidates will be able to attend the second group starting tomorrow, which is 13.6% (13.8% nationally), and 1,654 candidates are deferred (7.8% compared to 7.6% nationally).
1,565 candidates for the general baccalaureate, 114 candidates for the technological baccalaureate, and 91 candidates for the professional baccalaureate received the “Trรจs Bien” distinction.
