The Nice Cรดte d’Azur Airport plans to accommodate 18 million passengers in 2022 (compared to 13.25 million in 2018) and therefore wishes to expand Terminal 2.
The project plans to extend the existing premises by an additional 25,211 mยฒ, eventually reaching a total floor area of 97,765 mยฒ.
In detail, there would be an additional check-in hall and a pier with 6 new boarding and disembarking rooms.
The project is subject to a public inquiry. Opponents of this project are organized within the Collectif 06.
The final decision will be made by the Prefect.
