The 2020 Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes marathon takes on a new look. Because of the Covid-19 epidemic, the event is taking place remotely and online, from November 3 to November 30. A solidarity marathon: the proceeds will be donated to the victims of storm Alex.
The 2020 Alpes-Maritimes Nice-Cannes Marathon is indeed happening but only within a kilometer of your home!
The race is being held until November 30, and participants can run the 42.195 kilometers of the marathon at their own pace and in as many outings as they wish.
A second challenge is also being offered: the “No limit challenge”. The goal this time is to run as many kilometers as possible.
To participate, simply register on the race’s website and then share your results using the free ZAPSPORTS app or with a smart watch.
Registration for this race costs two euros per person. The proceeds are then donated to the valley victims after storm Alex.
As of Friday, November 6, 1,530 people from France and the rest of the world have registered for this race.
