The City of Nice and the City of Ningbo will sign a strategic cooperation agreement for the export of the Nice Carnival to Ningbo from September 23 to October 3, 2018, in the presence of the 2018 Carnival Queen!
After Macao in 2011 and Xiamen in 2017, the Nice Carnival is once again set to reach the Middle Kingdom, destination Ningbo! In this year of Europe-China tourism, this project is another opportunity to position Nice as one of the major European tourist destinations.
