0.1 Measure in favor of purchasing power
It is proposed to the City Council to continue the policy initiated by the city of Nice aiming to support the purchasing power of households by renewing the implemented measures and approving the principle of creating a “Senior Pass” card.

0.2 Acceptance of a donation made by Mrs. Suzanne NUCERA to benefit the city of Nice.
It is proposed to the City Council to definitively accept the donation made by Mrs. Suzanne NUCERA in favor of the Municipal Library of the city of Nice.

0.3 Support of the city of Nice for the establishment of the IRCAN cancer and aging research institute.
It is proposed to the City Council to agree in principle to an additional financial contribution from the city of Nice to the Tour Pasteur project of the Campus Prometteur Operation to facilitate the installation of the cancer and aging research institute.

0.4 Creation of a public facility of municipal interest. Acquisition of the villa La Luna located in Nice, 195 Avenue de la Californie/265 Promenade des Anglais. Request for the opening of joint public utility and parcel surveys.
The city of Nice wishes to acquire the property located in Nice, 195 Avenue de la Californie/265 Promenade des Anglais, owned by Mrs. AL MESAID, registered section NH No. 138 with an area of 776 mยฒ, for the creation of a public facility of municipal interest. In the absence of an amicable agreement with the owner, it is therefore necessary to initiate an expropriation procedure and to request the Prefect to open the joint public utility and parcel surveys.

5.1 Tramway network โ€“ Creation of a West-East line and its associated developments โ€“ Opinion on the general interest of the project, following the joint public inquiries.
It is proposed to the City Council to acknowledge the opinion of the inquiry commission and to give a favorable opinion for the Nice Cรดte d’Azur Metropolis to declare the West-East line and its associated developments of general interest.

5.11 Sale to the company BOUYGUES IMMOBILIER of a municipal land in the Vauban district, located on Route de Turin/Rue Marรฉchal Vauban for the realization of a mixed housing operation including social access.
It is proposed to the City Council to authorize the sale of a property volume on a municipal land, an area to be detached from the plot registered section IP No. 136 located in Nice Vauban district, Route de Turin/Rue Marรฉchal Vauban, to the company Bouygues Immobilier, at the price of 7,500,000 euros for the realization of a mixed housing operation including social access.

5.12 Acquisition by substitution of 2 plots located in Nice Barla district, Georges Ville/Scaliรฉro/Caรฏs de Pierlas streets owned by the LENVAL foundation for a communal interest project.
It is proposed to the City Council to authorize the acquisition by substitution of the Costanzo center located in Nice, Barla district, Rue Georges Ville/Rue Scaliรฉro/Rue Caรฏs de Pierlas, registered section IX Nos. 287 and 289, with an area of 1,138 mยฒ, at the price of 6,000,000 euros, owned by the Lenval foundation for a communal interest project.

18.1 Decommissioning of a portion of road and public space of 241mยฒ in front of the building located in Nice, Les Moulins district, 208 Route de Grenoble, dependent on the public domain to its private domain, with a view to its lease to the company BABILOU (Planรจte Bleue Nursery).
It is proposed to the City Council to note the decommissioning and to pronounce the downgrading of a portion of road and public space of 241 mยฒ in front of the building located in Nice, Les Moulins district, 208 Route de Grenoble, from the communal public domain to the private communal domain for its lease to the company Babilou (nursery, Planรจte Bleue).

18.2 Decommissioning of a municipal land of 1,372 mยฒ located in Nice, 126 Avenue Sainte-Marguerite, dependent on the public domain to its private domain, with a view to granting it a construction lease to the company MARINVEST (Crรจches de France).
The City of Nice has decided to grant a construction lease on an area of 1,372 mยฒ to be detached from a land located in Nice, 126 Avenue Sainte Marguerite, registered section NP No. 81 with an area of 13,438 mยฒ. This area being used as a parking lot, it is proposed to the City Council to proceed with its downgrading to allow the company Crรจches de France to benefit from a construction lease.

20.5 New Blood Project: Free provision of premises on the site of the former slaughterhouses of Nice to the benefit of the social association: “Les Restaurants du Coeur”.
It is proposed to the City Council to terminate the temporary occupation agreement dated February 2, 2005, providing for the free provision of a 150 mยฒ warehouse to the benefit of Les Restaurants du Coeur and to authorize the signing of a comprehensive occupancy agreement granted free of charge to the social association “Les Restaurants du Coeur” for premises located in the former refrigerated slaughterhouses, consisting of a 150 mยฒ warehouse and office space of 103 mยฒ.
