The Nice cola makes its way to the aperitif.

Latest News

This Thursday, July 27th, the Bella Nissa SAS is launching its new Cola d’Aqui in a 33 cl bottle. The tasting is accompanied by other local Nice products, such as Luc Salsedo’s Socca Chips, Olivier Gasquet’s Socca Biera, or Philippe Ghieu’s Galets de Nice.

In a friendly atmosphere, Franck Viano, a project manager at the Nice city hall, presents this new drink. Made on the Côte d’Azur, the 33 cl bottle is sold for €1.80 in the region’s grocery stores. It is also available in 75 cl. “Cuisine, like heritage, still has a bright future ahead of it,” he declares.

Father Gil Florini from the Saint-Pierre d’Arène church, who has already created the Nice pastis, participated in the creation of the Cola. Several figures were present to support the new product.

Including the Jorge François forum, represented by Martin Pourbaix, who sells the soda in his social grocery store. Also, Jean-Luc Gagliolo, municipal councilor delegated to historical heritage, represents Christian Estrosi and, with his presence, underscores the importance of traditions.

At 11:30 am, Jean-Luc Mékersi, chef of “Thérésa Socca,” delivered a homemade socca platter to complement this tasting of 100% Nice products.
