The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis, the city of Nice, and the Municipal Center for Social Action are developing a “human resources disability policy” aimed at ensuring the continued employment of staff throughout their careers and promoting the professional integration of disabled workers.
According to the figures from the Association for the Management of the Fund for the Professional Integration of Disabled Persons (AGEFIPH),
for the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis: 6.12%
for the city of Nice: 6.48%
for the Municipal Center for Social Action: 6.04%
*Amounting to a total of 742 employees concerned.
By way of comparison, the latest report from the Fund for the Integration of Disabled Persons in the Public Service (FIPHFP) notes an average legal employment rate of disabled workers of 5.17% for all three public sectors (local, hospital, and state).
