In line with its policy to support economic initiatives and assist businesses, Christian Estrosi and Roger Caligaris are renewing the partnership agreement this Monday, the 15th, that binds the Metropole and Initiative Côte d’Azur.
Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur (formerly known as Nice Côte d’Azur Initiative) is the first association with which the Metropole signed a partnership in the field of business creation. Since its inception, the association has supported over 1,240 businesses, 80% of which are still operational after three years. Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur is the story of 2,000 people whose jobs have been created or maintained within the Metropole territory!
The Metropole has hosted Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur at the Nice La Plaine site since January 2012 and has contributed to its loan fund since 2011 (up to 40,000 euros). This year, the Metropole will renew its contribution to the loan fund and grant a subsidy of 203,000 euros to the association, an increase of 7,000 euros compared to 2012, to support the strengthened presence of Initiative Nice Côte d’Azur in the mid and high country communes.
