After the live sessions on salade niรงoise and pan bagnat, the Collectif Cuisine Niรงoise returns to the Jardin des Saveurs of Maud and Claudine, for a new live broadcast this time offering a complete menu with three recipes: Pan bagnat, soupe au pistou, and pan fruchat.
It will be a complete meal offered by many contributors, enthusiasts of Niรงoise cuisine, who have already conducted a live session during the confinement period. The pan bagnat will be presented first by the head of the Collectif Cuisine Niรงoise, Aurรฉlien Maiolino, followed by the soupe au pistou introduced by two chefs, Lรฉa Viano (Edusa restaurant) and Steve Ghirardo (macaron creator), and for dessert, Franck Viano will offer the pan fruchat, which earned him the win in the Nice episode of “A Dinner Almost Perfect.”
So, it will be in the Jardin des Saveurs of the Niรงoise amazons Maud and Claudine that this XXL cooking class will take place after a complete presentation of the location with Olivier Gasquet, who will talk about his Socca Biera.
