It is on this Wednesday, January 15, 2014, that the cooking demonstrations of the Capelina dโOr will resume at the Paul Augier Hotel School under the “gracious” guidance of two chefs, Franck Bermond (President of Capelina dโOr and cooking instructor at Greta de Nice) and Daniel Silvetti (Chef and owner of the restaurant Lu Fran Calin).
These demonstrations take place in one of the amphitheaters of the Paul Augier hotel school. Lasting three hours, they allow attendees to discover two to three recipes meticulously detailed by local chefs who will reveal all the secrets to making authentic Niรงoise cuisine.
On the menu for this resumption, two seasonal recipes will be offered: Tian de Courges and Veal Paupiettes.
This first demonstration will start at 3 PM and end at 6 PM. This session, like the next three, has been fully booked for many weeks.
